Most is flat the same as other parts of the midwest because of glaciers, but the Mississippi River goes thru a literal canyon within the city and the river bluffs in SE of the state are gorgeous. Other than that, there are smallish mountains about 1,000 elevation along the north shore of Superior

Just spent a year their for doc. Internship and had an amazing time. The people were amazing, we wanna move back from CA. Being a Boston fan helps absorb the sports misery that is in their hearts and it’s one of the few areas that don’t hate me for that fandom!

I moved from FL 5 years ago for my wife’s job and it was the best decision we ever made. I have zero desire to go back, which friends and family can’t believe. Good schools, good job market (we basically doubled our income in 5 years), good people. Recently moved from the burbs to downtown MPLS.
