If Brian Kilmeade understands it and is willing to say so, then other Republicans need to follow suit. Ukraine was invaded by Putin, who has not only struck schools, hospitals, residential dwellings, etc, but has also kidnapped Ukrainian children and refused to return them. He's a war criminal.
