I know we all feel a need to stay informed about everything but no one can or should take it all in all the time.
I turn off the outside world for a week. It works wonders.
Trying to get 8 hours of sleep
Calling friends and checking in with them
Going to my support group meetings
Watching comfort media (lately it’s been Andor, Rogue One and The Boys, which all seem relevant)
Walking around while listening to music
Chores/Organizing stuff in my house
