thanks for sharing Kelly. is that saying that someone who views 1,000,000 tweets in 24hrs will get sued? and honestly there needs to be a movement that all these site agreements etc be written in terms the average non attorney can understand. People cannot actually consent if they cannot understand.

That’s how it reads to me but I’m certainly not a legal expert. I’m concerned with the AI and with the change to the block function - so really scaling back any participation there.

I read it as if you hack or leak private tweets you can be sued $15k for every 1 million tweets you illegally accessed. It could make sense if Musk is considering putting all tweets behind a paywall.

But the wording is incredibly vague, so who knows, and Elon is good at judge shopping.
