I’ve spoken to three friends this week who are exhibiting signs of Long Covid.
Two were blaming it on early menopause - the third on “aging” (at 32).
Long Covid denial is a serious issue. The condition can manifest 1000 different ways - and many people don’t even realize they’re dealing with it

If you’re dealing with Long Covid - there’s a chance you’re also dealing with MCAS and/or POTS/Dysautonomia.
They’re two of the most common comorbids - and can have a devastating impact on quality of life.
New allergies? Alcohol intolerance? Dizziness? Fatigue? Fainting?

Either way I'm worried.
Took my doctor and I almost 3 years to figure it out.
Waaay too much denial out of fear of what's already started. More and more people reinfected with COVID resulting in long term disability (in some cases permanent).
And some say people with LC are living in fear?
Definitely not! LC patients are staring at reality square in the face and...
Humans with LC are finding the little joys in life that were once taken for granted & cherishing all they have to offer🙏
I have nothing but respect for anyone still trying to find the little joy in life, while managing a long-term illness.🙏
