I have severe panic attacks in crowds. I can't go without my task-trained service dog.
If I get arrested, what would happen to him. Used to be that people had a choice given by the cops to leave or get arrested. Not sure this is still true.

however i do want to add because this advice helped me more than i’ll even know,
it is important to feel uncomfortable.
that difficult hike, that afterwork social get together, trying a new challenge, it’s a part of living.
and please take this case by case of course.
I am working 40 hours a week at a shit dead-end job.
I am so fucking tired.
I am afraid to quit because of this current [u.s.a.] administration.
I have melt-downs on my way to work.
I don't know how long I can do this.
