Trump targeting NOAA is just one example of the coordinated plan to sell off the most valuable parts of the government for pennies on the dollar to benefit a few billionaires while also giving more taxpayer welfare to the same billionaires. This is a transfer of welfare from the low & middle class.

If companies who launch weather satellites either get more NOAA contracts or more business from other customers without competition from NOAA, then SpaceX gets more money to launch said satellites into orbit.
