It's been 5 years since March 11, 2020, the day everything changed. What we went through as a country — to say nothing of as a planet — during Covid-19 is still unfathomable. When I think about how it unfolded — what it changed and what it left behind — it almost doesn't feel real.

It's surreal. Seems like yesterday AND so many years ago. But it changed me. Never before did I hear the term "Boomer Remover", nor would I have believed so many young countrymen HATE the elders, nor did I know how ignorant a population could be.
I was informed of a pandemic originating in China, bound to hit US shores causing mass casualties, in December 2019.
Trump was informed before me and did nothing for months. It was criminal behavior.
That's not a compliment.
Second the staff at work cut from 5 to 2 and expecting all the same work to be done
we have since tried to memory-hole our failures, and therefore
the next one will almost certainly be worse.

We learned nothing.
We got worst
And the fuck is back in charge, suddenly everything feels surreal again 😭
1 Million dead later, its still with us like a plague.
Which you still do.
