If you look at "Biden's" foreign policy through the lens of neocon militaristic imperialism, it will all make a lot more sense to you. It is entirely self-consistent. It only looks inconsistent if you think US foreign policy has ever been about upholding international human rights.

you can see the moment in early 2023 when he got overconfident after his '22 successes. At about the same time Biden: 1) decided to run for re-election; 2) decided the Ukrainians could launch a counteroffensive without enough weapons or the right kind; and 3) tried to extend the Abraham Accords.

Yeah, this is completely true. And not at all uncharacteristic of Biden. He always responded to pressure by digging in his heels for good or ill. I think what happened was that in 2023 he no longer had Harris and Obama pushing him every day-they were out campaigning for him.
