The logical non-hyperbolic response, I love it. $80 games suck but people can wait for the inevitable sale, that’s totally reasonable. It’ll sell at $80 regardless for the people who want it just like $20 beers at a sports event
These guys and girls are making waves when it comes to innovation in the gaming space. I can't remember the time I bought a triple A game and enjoyed it.
I enjoy a fair amount of AAA games but its only from specific series or studios. I honestly wouldn't mind price increases if I knew for sure it went to paying actual developers more, but we all know that's not whats happening and its a shame.
100%. I think that might be their intention. "Sure buy the games on other platforms if you want for $1000000, or sub to gamepass for dirt cheap and get them all" 😎😎
They have sold me on this game. I'm thinking about paying it but knowing me when gets closer to release date. I'll get game pass then buy the game on sale.
I enjoyed the first one, but played it on PC Game Pass. I do own it, but got it free from Twitch Prime. I'll probably do something similar with this one and play it on Game Pass. Too expensive for me to buy it at that price.
I bought it on Playstation at a used game store recently for really cheap cause im hoping I just wasnt in the mood for it back then. But either way ill just try this on gamepass yeah lol
Apparently some developers have talked about this. Nintendo only made 64gb carts for the Switch 2 and they're really expensive. Which is why so many companies opt for the key cards. Its dumb, but makes sense. This is just raising it to raise it.

Most triple A titles are pumping out the same old stuff with no real news concepts. Key word most.
The real gems are all hidden in the indie developers.
At least we got Game Pass
