Very tough question. Probably The Slayers (1995) because it single-handedly turned me into a fan of the fantasy genre — to this day I still read a lot of fantasy fiction and play lots of fantasy TTRPGs.

I think it’s great, it’s an adventure and the world gets more and more complex while still keeping its core values.

The story is genuinely about the whole world then like a city or something. Like by the end of the show, we will have the whole planet charted.
