Just learned a new term I can painfully relate to: Schrödinger’s Fatigue.
It’s that weird state where you’re exhausted but can’t rest. Too tired to be productive, but also too restless to relax. Stuck in a loop of wanting to sleep but overthinking everything instead.

It's not as bad a that feeling when you're about to tip over while leaning in a chair anymore but it's still one of those stress levels that effects everything.
Trazodone and medical cannabis, you won't dream as much but it's worth it.
I have learned to lean into planning the next chapter of my novel. Or a children's book. Or a painting. I find creating something (where I have control) releases my anxieties - I sleep much better now! 💙
So that's what I've been experiencing.
I'm old,..it's a coping skills.
