pardon if you've answered this before, but why does this use "Anti-Semites" instead of antisemites? House style? As some have pointed out, one does not regularly, in the real world, meet any Semites. Jews, and others, but no Semites.

a reasonable conclusion. i'm a fan of nixing the capitalization and hyphen and nevertheless concur with your global point - it's not the style, it's the substance, and the dynamic and response, that we care about. I'll keep doing it my way but will become 7% less pedantic about others not.

Seems reasonable! Personally, I use whatever style the publication I'm writing for uses, but remove the hyphen on social media, not because I think it matters much, but because it gives more more precious character to work with :).

Yeah, a very large red flag for antisemitism is whether they have to implement good Jews that are acceptable, and bad Jews that can be abused without consequence, no matter what property is used to divide Jews.
