I think there is a very big problem we have to grapple with which is that the median voter is extraordinarily deluded about the working of the world to the point of complete mental incapacity.

Laid-off IRS employee said he had voted for Trump: "I thought that someone with his business acumen would have come in with a fine-tooth comb and actually found it instead of coming in with a wrecking ball and destroying people’s lives for no reason."

But then again, I may be giving americans too much credit on that one, given they believed mango mussolini was going to reduce the price of groceries by waving his tiny hand.
It was because he deliberately loaded them with far more debt than they could carry, used them to launder money, then declared bankruptcy, paid pennies on the dollar, & walked away, leaving ruined lives in his wake.
I don't remember that ever coming up once during his campaign.
MAGA’s goals are unknown to them and almost irrelevant. They’re just on the “patriotic” team. Per conversations I’ve had, they are very resistant to looking deeper. Total lack of critical thinking.
The bad news is…everything else.
HE WAS PRESIDENT BEFORE!!! HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON!!

I saw a post today on FartBook by a friend about the Gulf of Mexico. A frind of hers commented "is that really a thing that is happening?"
🙄🤯
I am gobsmacked how many people are so uninformed!
