In a functioning democracy, these comments alone would be grounds for impeachment.

Trump brags about his shakedown of major law firms: "We have a lot of law firms that have paid me a lot of money... they paid $100m on average... hopefully I won't need that many legal fees. I may. Who knows? After it ends. After I leave maybe I'll need it, but if I do it won't be very pleasant."

To the first we might say: hardly, sort of. To the second: no, not at all.
The question of impeachment is implicit in both of the above.
There are some democratic aspects and institutions, and processes, but they are all being whittled to thin sticks, in real time, in front of our eyes. In footprint and Latin footnote, as well as garishly.
Lawyers, media, judges, scientists, doctors, war heroes, economists, all minorities, women, climate experts, dog and cat eaters, generals, those with functioning backbones.
Hilary's Deplorables:
Those dudes storming the capital. Egg merchants.
Time to look in the mirror.
It's going to be interesting in 2028 if/when he doesn't leave power. That's $100m+ of legal firepower behind him. The top law firms working to do something illegal. You'd hope they wouldn't ... but then you'd also hope they wouldn't have capitulated 🤔
I guess the word "accountability" does not exist in American English.
Any suggestions on his removal and all the Republican Traitors removal would be appreciated. ASAP!
None of the firms paid him anything. Not one cent.
None of the work they agreed to provide was to represent him. Not one cent.
Like the DoJ, he now considers these firms “his” lawyers. I hope they all break up and dissolve.
RECALL THEM ALL!!!!
NOW!!!
