The plant was decaying, so some of the stalks had bent, which is what this one had done. That's why it's sort of upside down. All the little tiny drops amazed me too. We had a very thick fog this morning.

There's a big drop at the end of each little branch, but then, there are a bunch of tiny drops hanging from the bigger drop. Kind of blew me away when I saw it up even closer.

I zoomed in too! Macro photos are so cool. When I was a little kid I used to get a National Geographic (for kids) with a double page of macros, and you'd guess what each one was. Gosh that was in the 70s! You're taking me back Alina :)

My mom was a librarian. Actually, when I was a child she wanted to be a librarian and when I was in high school she went to graduate school and became a librarian, so we always had tons of books around. Unfortunately, I always struggled to read...still do.

Usually I'm hiking and the wind is almost always blowing, but for once it was calm, and I was able to hold my phone steady enough, so I got lucky. Most are a big mess and get deleted.

I'm always using my iPhone, plus I take photos while hiking and the wind is usually blowing. It's hard to get the iPhone to focus; it keeps going in and out. Today was very calm, so that helped a lot!
