Reminds me of #MS clinicians approach during the 70s- 80s- 90s - early 2000s. One man was told to “eat brown bread”. I was told in 2009 to “live my life”

It’s taken decades to evolve more effective treatment & to start talking about vaccination (EBV) & remyelination

Excellent article... saying the all things that need to be said... I have 30+yrs experience of mild #MECFS... a life of pacing myself carefully... means that I wasn't sick enough to contribute my dna to the decode me study... I look forward to hearing the results of this & any long covid studies...
