They do show for people still, but as Twitters performance issues continue they'll probably be less frequent. The rich results on a search page can be super variable day to day and based on your location.
I assume this is about banning use of Twitter content without logging in to a user account, a change that reportedly was affecting embedded tweets in news articles and I suppose in this case in search engine results.
Love that all of this started because Musk saw a post that ChatGPT could search for tweets when in web browsing mode and he responded by implementing tools that obliterate discoverability.
You don’t understand Elon is playing 5D chess I mean why else would he throw a fit over their site’s discoverability and refuse to pay the bills to web hosting clients then when the site breaks pretend like it was all intentional? Truly a boy genius!
It’s also silly because at least ChatGPT properly announces itself to Twitter (and other websites). But now, programs that don’t care about that anyway will have to resort to even more brazen tactics.
It's honestly distressing that a man as petty and impulsive as M*sk made enough money to blow $44 billion on an ego purchase, is flushing it down the toilet, and STILL has more money than I'll earn in my lifetime.

No that's the skeet.
