Nice, my daughter loves this author, haven't tried her books yet.
I'm on The Maid by Nita Prose which I'm enjoying, but unfortunately I read the sequel first and I think it was better.

I read a lot of thrillers/crime too but at the moment I’m reading Helen Forrester’s autobiographies, four books set in 1930s Liverpool. I read them as a teenager but haven’t re-read them since.

I read this one a few months ago. It was quite gripping and better than I expected. I got a couple more of hers as they are great bath/before bed books- easy to remember the plot the next day.

It is good. I cannot remember the name for it because menopause has stolen my brain but sometimes each sentence is a voice from a different character. Keeps you on your toes!

I forgot to say that the Eddie Flynn series is very fast-paced, and there's not a single sentence that doesn't belong in the books. Takes me back to the early Grisham days.

He's a fairly new author to me. Started with Twisted and then read all 8 of his Eddie Flynn series. All crime/Courtroom Drama set in New York. The author is from Northern Ireland.

Thanks, that really helps. I don’t normally read crime drama. I mostly stick to fantasy & sci-fi, but I like to mix it up every once in a while and will give it a try.

Just finished Babel by RF Kuang, which was epic.
