I think all bird and insect photo requires patience! Sometimes I don't have it and give up 😁 I use a Nikon Z6ii camera with a Sigma 150-600mm lens. It's a good combo and works pretty well in most situations 👍📸

Just keep going and don't give up! I still take terrible shots, believe me! I've been doing it for 3.5 years now and I'm still my worst critic. But the main thing is to go out and just enjoy it and see little improvements. Baby steps 🧡

I need to see one in the wild. The one and only time I saw one was in CostaRica and we could only see its head popping out of its nest deep inside a palm tree. I did get to see one that was part of a raptor show. Have a good one!
