The stupidest thing you can do to try to be masculine is hating women. That's not what masculinity is, my dudes.
When our fathers and grandfathers said things to us like "be a man", posting on internet forums about how much feminists are ruining your video games isn't what they had in mind.

I'm only partially a guy, but still.

Goes for women as well.
I read a lot, though, and some of that is Victorian and Edwardian literature and history.
For each woman you'll find thousands of men who are psychologically more similar to her than many other women. And vice versa.
Seriously for a bunch of manly men, MAGAts are some fragile bitches.
These people tend not to be generative in the slightest. They're very passive, impotent, and inert.
Masculinity is just doing whatever Aragorn would do, and he wouldn't do that.
In reality it means "don't be a child". You become a man when you stop acting like a baby who only cares about himself. Whining about women is the exact opposite of that.
Sometimes its OK for adults (of any gender) to just be kids and hide or dream. Not everything has to be processed or dealt with in adult manner.
Ie., to take responsibility for oneβs actions, not seek imaginary scapegoats, victim conspiracies or sympathy manipulation, to earn rewards in moderation, and to consider personal revenge morally unjustified? π€·ββοΈ
The problem with this line of thinking is that it's very easy to forget how many man-childs are out there. You can't consider yourself a reasonable man and act like all women are a trope of the worst ones.
Men need to be kids sometimes: vulnerable, cared for, afraid, or just be happy to be. We never found a BALANCE between that and what society expects from us
Forces have gathered to attack civilisation itself.
