I do work with Welcome corp at https://Welcome.us though as of the 22nd things have been drastically changed. You could also volunteer with your local ywca the usually have robust migrant services and always need help.
I would check what orgs are in your state first. And maybe reach out to your Dem rep in Congress. Mine had a number of groups and resources.

They're nationwide, I believe.
I got some help from @tusk81.bsky.social on finding groups in my state.
Sacred Heart Church in El Paso, Texas, continues to act as a refuge for migrants as thousands are expected to arrive in the city as Title 42 comes to an end.
I would think the UN might be a place to start. I am becoming really ill seeing the crap about 'housing' 30,000 Illegals! Where are they? How does he know they are illegal? Citizens are going to be captured picking up their kids at school or at Church. Feck this!!!
Not sure of what orgs to volunteer with but many of my clients need assistance completing / filing their asylum applications. Try and work with an org that assists with that!
As a New Mexican, I am also concerned about this. I’m even more highly concerned about first nation individuals as well as American citizens getting caught up in the sweeps.
I continue to search for ways where I can personally contribute.
I do grocery handouts and sorting through our local 2nd Harvest. I am betting 75% of the people that come through our pickup line in Palo Alto are undocumented.
