There's barely any decent extraction shooters out there, other than maybe Tarkov. Maaaybe Hunt: Showdown. It's a pretty untapped audience, especially on consoles. They've clarified it's not really 'hero' either.

It gives off a mix of Cyberpunk, the Matrix, Blade Runner and Mirrors Edge. They really nailed the aesthetic and art style. I'm not even that big on extraction shooters and I'm kind of interested to see what they're showing off.

They confirmed it's more of a class based system akin yo battlefield 4 than something like overwatch. Even so it seems like there is going to be a fair bit of person customization which i am happy about. These seem to be the same "class" but have completely different looks to them

Yeah I just remember reading that they scrapped a customizable character for a set of a cast of heroes. I assumed they'd be customizeable but it's a turn off for me personally.

Yes. It's not a hero based shooter like overwatch. Its an extraction shooter with a cast of characters called runners you can fine tune.

They scrapped a fully customizeable PC for a cast of selectable runners you toy around with.

Sure, but even then the customization available still looks really in depth if you looked at the images I sent earlier. We won't really know till tomorrow when the gameplay is revealed but we can only hope for the best

The game is set to have a gameplay reveal tomorrow. Bungie is doing just fine, even taking destiny 2 at face value they consistently have 100k+ daily players across their platforms. People are just doom posting. Everybody who has already played the game is very excited.

Me too. I am very very excited. I'm already a fan of extraction shooters myself with games like escape from tarkov, and there is nothing that has come close to making guns feel as good as they do in destiny and halo. This game will either be insanely big or a Concord level failure
