Nothing would stop you jumping out of a plane or climbing a mountain. The trouble with using a loaded term like bureaucracy is that it helps undermine any kind of politics that gives the masses the freedoms enjoyed by the rich now. All kinds of endeavours could thrive under a UBI-supported system.
