That's advertising but let's hope it's true. A lot of bakers have noticed the water content of butter has gone up so much, their recipes that have always work now fail terribly. It makes a difference in quality when shrinkflation lowers butterfat content and doesn't say so.

It's most likely in reference to the method of production. Good french butter made by hand is near unbeatable in quality. Anywhere in the middle of europe really, swiss stuff is pretty damn good too.
