As a former foster parent in KY, there aren't enough foster parents or social workers to give these kids what they need...so they let way too much slide. I had a teen for 8 mos and only ever saw a worker 1x, and they chamged workers 3x that yr. This kid had been failed over and over again for years.

I remember hearing about this last year and glad folks are following up and trying to help this poor kid. Bevin pardoned actual rapists and other criminals on his way out after losing to Beshear. I think him and his wife are now divorced after 10 kids. He’s an irredeemable piece of garbage.

the tax money for the ark park actually was during steve beshear (andy's dad)'s term HOWEVER the governor vetoed that bill but was overridden by a bipartisan state assembly as the dems held the state senate at the time. and he did cut meficaid and ended our state aca exchange (andy brought it back).
