Indeed 👍 I'm actually thinking how tiring all those stairs are. It's quite a task you've set yourself. Bit like writing a novel - you're full of passion about the idea, set to with enthusiasm, realise it's bloody hard work, struggle for 4 years, then ta da! Really great challenge 💪😆

Sorry to hear you're struggling. It's so hard when your body won't behave as you want it to, especially when you can remember being able to do things without it costing all your energy. Hope you make some progress getting back to where you want to be very soon.

Breathlessness is the worst, especially when it's after doing something so everyday as climbing the stairs. Luckily, I seem to have my breathlessness under control at the moment (just everything else that is out of whack 😂) - hope yours gets better as you keep building strength.
