Farage getting paid £1.5m for I'm a celebrity. Don't watch it, don't send them money in phone votes, don't reward the advertisers, and fuck Ant and Dec for platforming him, no matter how many oh so edgy winks to camera and cutting remarks they make.

Nah as soon as Johnson was a contender for PM he had to pause the foolishness, halting the headlines

Ok weird. I feel like I've been Mandela'd into this universe from one where rolf was on I'm a celeb. I've never watched I'm a celeb, but I really thought he'd been in it and can picture it like it was a memory.
And "oh but I'd love to see him hate eating X Y Z" Hancock last year showed it's not actually satisfying. He'll take it in his stride. He'll come off well for trying. Don't think it'll feel cathartic, it won't.
Shame on ITV.
Dorries, Hancock and now this. It’s neither big nor clever to allow increased media exposure to a bunch of political reprobates.
If the ‘off’ button is used often enough, it will affect advertising revenue.
Did Ant and Dec really have no say in this at all?
Pretty sure they don't get a say in it, per se, but if they refused to present it ITV would have to take notice. I love the show but I'm not sure I can bring myself to watch it this time. It would be great if all the other 'celebs' simply refused to talk to him.
Farage lost ITV almost 25% of views on the opening night. Lowest viewing figures for the first night since the first series! Given viewing figures always drop off by a similar amount for subsequent episodes it looks like the gamble did not pay off.
That is a horrifically bad look for the execs, they gambled on the public wanting one thing and the public instead walked away. They will now be putting enormous pressure on the edit producers (the peeps that actually shape the storylines from the raw footage) to make Farage look as bad as possible
Now given there is about 12-18 hours of footage each day it will be easy enough to take every testy comment, every snide remark and every dodge line he says to do so. There may also be a clause in the contract that he may lose money if he brings the production into disrepute so they may push that.

This should not stand.
Shame really, always quite enjoyed it.

Wankers...
🤔Maybe just leave him there... for ever.
However making him eat shit is far more favourable to me.

Just saying
As for Ant n Dec, they can FRO as well.
First Hancock, now this tosser!
Pratt Hancock was bad enough.
Oh, and here’s a quick reminder about the “contestant”…
