Private. Private business bathroom ban.
That’s one stop away from entering people’s homes.

1. The EEOC acting chair, Andrea Lucas, has announced that a private business transgender bathroom ban is her top priority.
This comes in the wake of a slew of anti-trans executive orders.

100 years from now the right wing will say “everyone you don’t like is a republican” as they push the same hateful agenda
individual genderless bathrooms. Because f that nonsense.

Call your damn reps. Find and support the groups in your community that are helping vulnerable communities. Say NO when it's time to say no.
I wouldn't hate having more than one bathroom pr home, but would it then have to be a full bathroom so that showering/bathing would be separate as well?
Forcing it on private businesses also violates Amendments 1, 9, and 10.
This "priority" is grossly and explicitly unconstitutional.
Here in CA we have a good law that says all single toilet bathrooms open to the public in private businesses are to be unisex. Bathroom usage laws exist, so this is something the GOP can definitely do if they choose & that's why its so very dangerous.
