I've already paid top price for two Monster Hunter games only to find that they're really, really not my type of game at all.

Vague instructions, every encounter gets dragged out for ages and you keep having to sharpen your weapon all the time. Plus the outings are timed? A recipe for anxiety.

It truly is, I have a lot of criticisms towards the games but they still scratch an itch I can't really explain, the gear grinding and cool monsters carry it for me
But yeah, not for everybody
