It's so wild! I watch LBC on YouTube sometimes, and this week has been all a bunch of TERFs calling in to say now women can be safe in woman only spaces, but they have no answer to the question "what's to keep cismen from claiming to be transmen to gain access to woman only spaces?"

The answer in the court decision is they can ban trans men under the exclusions provision for gender reassignment. So they can legally segregate trans people entirely from women's spaces.

It's been happening that cis women are challenged, but they don't care. Heck, sometimes they insist public figures must be trans or aren't a woman like Imane Khalif or Caster Semenya, so of course it happens to women in bathrooms.

That has already been happening here in the US. My sister has been getting confronted and "outed as trans" for DECADES because she's a tall woman that likes to wear masculine clothes and wears thick makeup to cover up dog bite scars on her face.

One of the clearest red flags with the Supreme Court ruling was that it did actually ban trans men from women's spaces too, simply for looking like men. So: ban trans women for being trans, ban trans men for being men. Just an openly anti-trans agenda

Most bars I go to have single person gender neutral bathrooms already. A new one opened that has two different ways to go, but each side has 4 stalls with floor to ceiling doors and shared sinks. It confuses people at first, but has been very convenient and no problems.

Only time I've been bothered by anyone in a public bathroom was when some kid slid under the door and curiously asked "what are you doing?" while her poor Nan was calling her from a few stalls down. Like bugger off kid, I need to insert a tampon and I'm not doing that while you're watching me.
