Hey ADHD friends, how many times do you personally have to Almost Die tripping over The Thing That Isn’t Supposed To Be There before you finally move it?

If where it is supposed to be is where I'm headed, then I'll bring it with. If it's behind me, it stays there. Though, many times, I only trip on things in one direction, so they stay there for months.
Trick question: you wait until you get to a point where it almost causes actual damage to you. Think about moving and then move it. The next time you’re on the couch, randomly focus on it for a minute.
Unfortunately I have yet to find that threshold. I always leave it until some external motivation gives me what my brain will consider a "good reason" to fix it. My own mental/physical health has yet to manage being a "good reason"
