The upper management hates that their employees actually give a fuck about what they do and expect to have a bit of voice into how the company interacts with the world. Thing is, when you replace those people you lose so much because those are your best employees.

They are the ones who care, who have a work ethic, who actually try to build good products, who come to work for more than just a paycheck. I've seen teams (at other big companies) get rid of the chuds and it turned struggling teams around.

You are correct but two things:

1. 5 of the 6 justices who ruled on Bostock are still on the Supreme Court
2. The offenses I am discussing are potentially occurring *now* and thus would likely be litigated in California federal courts
