I dunno, she may be content to sit in that seat a slowly accumulate seniority. But I suspect she has a sense of “the fierce urgency of now.” (Geanted, Schumer isn’t up until ‘28) I think she might make a move. Governor? 🤷

It’s not that, she knows that her electoral strength lies in her district. She ran in the district she did because it was a place that would support a candidate well to the left of center and continue to support her election after election. She doesn’t have that pull over NY state.
