One anecdote I did pick up on from the Harris campaign was that there was a real struggle convincing swing voters of the threat Trump poses because a lot of people thought the claims that he would destroy Democracy was overblown.

Totally anecdotal, but I have a friend whose parent voted for Trump and then saw the Zelensky thing and said "wait, these guys are awful people". It seems insane to us that people didn’t realize before, but I think a lot of Trump voters are going to be turned off as the evil is shoved in their face

I just keep mulling over, what are their news sources?
I think about my neighbors in this fairly rural suburban city - I had dinner with them years ago and they didn't watch TV, neither did the other neighbors with us. And if they DO watch, it's likely Fox News or local sources.

I remember talking to a co-worker a few years ago about InfoWars and the bullshit they spread about Sandy Hook and she'd never heard about it. She was totally unaware there's a portion of the population who thought it was fake.
We've really lost a lot of reliable info sources.
