Slotkin has said she won't vote for the bill without assurances that funds won't be impounded, which they have in no way given. I am inclined to believe she'll vote No, especially with only 1 of 214 House Dems caving.

Peters hasn't said shit and that's concerning. I'm gonna call his office again.
