Biochem/structural bio colleagues, does anyone have experience with this technology? We are looking an alternative to mass photometry that covers a wider range of MWs (from peptides to large multi-subunits complexes) https://www.fidabio.com/product

You could reach out to Alex Büll at the Technical University of Denmark (https://buelllab.org) (and/or listen to his talk @idpseminars.bsky.social tomorrow!). They have used both MP and flow-induced dispersion analysis (FIDA) to study protein condensates and other assemblies. 🧶🧬
IMO native mass spectrometry is the way to go! Not as simple as mass photometry but much more accurate and better suited for proteins/peptides <~50 kDa. https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.analchem.1c03656
