Always have a pair of pliers on you. Not necessarily on your body, but in your car, your daily backpack, easily-accessible in your home. Even a small cheap pair, you'll be surprised how often you'd end up needing them.

You should wear a wristwatch. Not a smart watch, and it doesn't have to be an automatic watch (no battery, you wind it by moving it around) or a manual watch (you have to wind it), but you should have a piece of tech on you that isn't reliant on wi-fi or data.

If you're doing stuff at home like errands and cleaning..wear clothes. Don't immediately change into PJs when you're home, or not change out of PJs on a day at home if you got stuff to do. Trust me, it will make you feel more productive to put a pair of pants on.

Doodle stuff. Just have a little cheapo notebook and pen around, and just doodle at the end of the day or on your lunch break to unwind. Doodle dumb shit, like tanks and monsters and flowers and kittens or superheros.

A combo of wearing Chucks with almost no sole for years and going barefoot in a rental that had concrete floors completely ruined me. Now, if I try to walk around for even a little bit without any footwear, long-lasting pain starts right up.

Have a physical daytimer in addition to whatever digital one you are using. Then sync them regularly. Most importantly, you can make sure the daytimer has the phone and email details for your most important contacts. Sometimes, tech fails us. And in an emergency situation, ur family will need info

It’s OKAY to do nothing! Lay in bed just a bit longer, move from the bed to the couch, order grub hub. It could possibly be the most productive day you have in the week! Self care takes many forms, having a lazy-do-nothing day does wonders for mental health. Don’t feel guilty about it.
