I think there's a massive effort on labours part not to turn into the Tories and try and stick things out or defend their actions. Stopped the infighting and get on with actual politics

I don't know the background but I do think Starmer and the centre left try too hard to be morally superior to the right. They already are by definition. However politics is a dirty game and always will be. I am fairly centre but we still have to fight, right now we're losing.

Sounds as if she had very bad legal advice at the time, being told to plead guilty when she wasn't, since it was obviously a mistake.
