Yes. New York City subway. He was caught. Some teens recognized him. They are probably vagrants- I haven’t seen anything yet of identity. That’s why it’s not important I guess.
This person was pointing out the discrepency between the way law enforcement treated the murder of a rich and that of a poor. Even though one of the murders was exponentially more gruesome than the other.
Okay, fair! We have two court systems in play: the federal government and each state have their own. Luigi has been indicted in both systems. So this was about today's proceedings in NY court. The terrorism charges are federal, and the trials and pre-trial proceedings will be separate.
I just did a video with a lot of contextual analysis on the shooting and the issues surrounding it, if you're interested in helping me get it out there.
This Luigi being a hero stuff if interesting. Why? The 🇺🇸 social structure (whiteness) would not turning him into a sex symbol or sympathetic hero if he was Black or Brown.
That's how it shows even ppl who who call themselves "allies" travel in whiteness. Consciously or not.
I've been simmering on this thought for awhile, and the more I think on it, you're not wrong.
But I do think it ought to be someone other than us getting their hands dirty because it keeps proving that who the real racial terrorists are, though I don't think Luigi is a terrorist himself.
I meant the public hero part. Shooting it out with the cops when you've already killed several isn't likely survivable. They claim he killed himself though.
The 🇺🇸 social structure see cops as noble. There were some ppl cheering him on but he wasn't being sensationalized and turned into some larger than life, sympathetic hero.
He was seen as a threat that needed to be stopped. Despite his message and background. That's what being Black in 🇺🇸 gets you.
They are overreaching so bad with this guy, jurors aren't going to like that taking out a CEO is considered worse than other killings by politicians and cops.
And, like, there are caveats cuz he's not visibly disabled, but disabled and chronically ill are extremely marginalized and if we are going to do a privilege score (we shouldn't) that disability has to factor in as much as "white upper class male."

Thank you for being 'that guy' today. 🙄
He had a chronic condition in America.
These are charges brought by the state of New York, rather than the federal government.
If it was a bit, please imagine I said that with jazz hands.
I had a choice of being did not answer the question guy or didn't get the joke guy. Honestly, I wanted to cover my bases.

Because they want to believe everything in 🇺🇸 isn't about race when that's far from the truth.
🇺🇸 was constructed around race.
🇺🇸 is race.
The sooner you except it the clearer things will be.

I bet the hoteps still respond like, "was he light skinned or white skinned? Remember his green, white-man eyes."😭
