It is National Pizza Day, so this is your periodic reminder that Hawaiian Pizza was invented by a Greek-Canadian named Sam Panopoulos at his Satellite Restaurant in Chatham, Ontario in 1962.

Banana
...you can do it. (But it needs some "pain": in this case, fried onions, and mixed hot peppers.)

It's wrong to put it on a Kantian ethics basis.
You don't put pork in the khakhchoukha (it's blasphemy), you don't pour parmigiano on the spaghetti alle vongole and you don't push pineapple on pizza.
It's an absolute categorical...
😁
Real Pizza, the Vera Napoletana, needs a fermentation time for the dough of three days.
It has to be thin in the middle like a letter, the cheese must me buffalo mozzarella, and the baking temperature is 750F.
I didn’t call you inferior.
Sorry for the wrong impression.
You’re a single dad cooking fresh food instead of microwave stuff? You’re a hero.
Still: If you find the time, try the real thing. 72h slow fermentation in the fridge.
Hero… hero… Is that the correct descriptor? 😆
Tomatoes on pizza serve a similar purpose but I love the sweet tart pineapple with the ham flavour
My husband just made himself a Hawaiian pizza for breakfast 🤭 I assume on sale for 🍕 day
But do NOT call it Hawaiian, because NOTHING about it is even remotely Hawaiian. Pizza - Italian. Canadian Bacon - British. Pineapple - SOUTH AMERICA! WTAF!
All other kinds of fish is fiiine, but this 1 you put on pizza is horrible
Lately I've loved a good pizza with white sauce, pineapple, and bacon.
Some of you people would probably pass up a banzai burger... with pineapple and teriyaki. Heaven.
Not my go to but hey, if surgeon bought it, I'll eat it.
And it will be satisfying.
I thought pi are square
That's what I was taught
I am making pizza for dinner; Hawaiian pizza it shall be

This knowledge is as wonderful as https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kotipizza
Pineapple does NOT belong on a pizza.
The most classic pizza is the Margherita: Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, and Basil.
Sigh. Married to a ‘cup & char’ pepperoni guy…
Also pizza should be thin not thick
I pity those born with taste buds inferior enough to dislike either.
Anchovies is the correct hill. Blech. 🤮
My favourite pie includes all of the above... better chance that others will keep their damn hands off it. 😈 Mine!

Not a fan of ham, so I custom order a Pepperoni & Cheese + Pinapple. Add that with a Garlic Dip and oohh 😘👌🏼
add some banana slices, and I’m there. 🍌🍕🤤
