The combined net worth of America's twelve wealthiest people passed $2 trillion last year.

12 people. $2 trillion.

Meanwhile, U.S. homelessness increased 18% in 2024.

Our problem isn’t an issue of resources.

Our problem is ever-expanding wealth inequality.

Americans have been sold a Randian myth for generations. The fallacy that hard enough work will lead to success, regardless of background, is so deeply ingrained in the American psyche that the underclasses still worship wealth. It’s aspirational.
There’s no concept that the rich began that way.

I’d agree dens sucked at messaging. But this campaign they really came out swinging. Gloves were off. The problem is the lies and misinformation. Republicans point blank make up stories that aren’t even a little bit true and the press runs with it. We can’t fight that.

Not sure what debate you watched but she absolutely called him out as did the moderators. When you have major news orgs like CNN saying they agree to not fact check him there isn’t much we can do about that.

What debate did you watch? She called him out on everything and kicked his ass so bad he backed out of the next debate. Plus, Dems won the Senate race in 5 swing states Trump won, so it’s not necessarily Dem messaging or strategy. The only reason the Dems didn’t win the House is California…

The maga I know believe those with money are born leaders, wise beyond understanding. That admiration for wealth is equal to their wounded pride at living in poverty, refusing "handouts" that are actually due their age and service to society. 😔
