Current law doesn’t allow it, but if I were able, I would exclusively seek LGBTQ professionals. Always superior. Ethnic minorities are always extremely smart and qualified BUT ALSO have extra measures of empathy and humanity.

DEI creates a level playing field. Now employers can discriminate based on your sex, religion, race or whatever they want regardless of your qualifications. Plus no more equal pay. Personally I don’t think this will be good for businesses who choose not to diversified.
Why not level the playing field in construction? Whose fault is it that women don't want to become workers, electricians, plumbers? Is that shameful work? Why must every field be FORCED to be split evenly down the middle? People make choices.

Ever watch young kids playing? It's very sweet - race is a non issue. That's precisely what we should be aiming for. Race should be irrelevant. Your contribution should be all that matters. DEI puts race front and centre - and discrinates against you if you're the 'wrong' race.
These corporations -- like McDonalds and Wal-Mart -- CLAIM that they are going to still hire diversely but are going to now stop monitoring and measuring that diversity. Which sounds like the crock of horse manure it is. If you're not going to measure it, then no one will ever really know.
