Every single poll and survey shows a large majority regretting Brexit and wanting to rejoin the SM, CU and/or the EU as a whole.
I fail to see why we should be bullied by a right wing media, minority of the population and cowardly government.
I want a government with balls not excuses.

Freeports are a major barrier to rejoining & Starmer et al is pushing ahead with this tory policy
Nowhere near as clear cut as people keep claiming
In any actual election, there are many constituencies where the two parties may score 45% or more, but would be split and cede the seat to Labour.
My point is that is contradicted by polls also showing 45% support heavily anti-EU parties.
Polls are giving contradictory messages (as happens)
We need a much more stable pro-EU political climate before we can expect the EU to take us rejoining remotely seriously
Yes it might take 10 years but the process doesnt start until step one.
Yes a bill would be required.
The ' current opposition ' is fragmented and may never regain power ( more likely to if current government continues to fail to deliver what country wants )
I am sorry if you have a problem with how our democracy works but thats how it is.

Democracy is dead in the UK, where blatant Fascisism/Genocide enablers rule.
A Country with absolutely no balls to stand up to the corruption 😡😡😡
If you want it before you die.
France, Germany and UK were the one with strongest economy in EU and UK is out and the other two are struggling economically.
I am not saying UK is better than them, I am saying they are not as strong as they were. by "they" I mean all three.
I agree with you about their NHS and public services. https://www.dw.com/en/is-france-heading-for-an-economic-storm/a-70944682
Best strategy to gain EU membership is for a Referendum in Labour’s manifesto in next GE.
Of course the EU may make it difficult because as a country we did behave like rather petulant children.
UK is now a competitor, not a partner
UK untrustworthy and one election away from a BREXIT
UK exports to EU down and replaced by EU producers
So no rejoining and any renegotiations on trading terms the UK have to give a lot for little in return.
That or #ScottishIndependence
The issues about Sterling, the Bank of England and the Queen were obvious but Salmond was caught flat footed on each, as if he was hearing about these for the first time.
Blown it for a generation or more.
A political generation is 7 years. Brexit is 8yr+ and an unmitigated disaster.
Yes, •please•!! But it may depend in large part on the EU and its view as to the stability of the UK's current polity.
However, if UKG does not start making warm noises about at least SM/CU, we may never know.
As regards Polls. Those who pretend to be liberal will be on your case asking if you spoke to everyone in the UK. Then they will repost your answers to try to intimidate you. As i found today.
Zones. You can’t have them as we have them, and be in the EU because we have changed our tax and labour laws around them.
Starmer using them to grow the economy. Unfortunately once in place will cost too much to overhaul. @susanchubb1.bsky.social
