Well. I was laid off & when unemployment denied my claim, I lost my apartment. From here to here : homeless-couch surfing-shelter-couch again. Oh, from here to here, I was in jail for vagrancy(being broke & homeless). Anything else you need to know? 🤓

Which reminds me. If there’s a gap in your résumé it’s apparently a problem but if there isn’t a gap but the work isn’t quite what they think you should be doing based on what you’re applying for, that’s a problem too.
Interviewer: How do you explain this four year gap on your resume?
Candidate (Robert): That’s when I went to Yale.
Interviewer: That’s impressive. You are hired.
Candidate (Robert): Thanks, I really need this yob.
