It's housing completions - which correlates fairly well with population density.

Thanks very much. Good to see "shared ownership" excluded from "Affordable". I guess we can assume that all the COUNCIL stock is at council rents - unless that is now being undermined.

Starting with the headline figures of housing need: Nearly 12,000 people were seen sleeping on the streets in London in 2023/24, of which 8,000 people were seen sleeping rough for the first time.
