Patients' interests will never align with those of corporations.
Economics play into your system as well…less than the US but they’re there.
It is now but not often first (another member of the class is used instead).

A 2019 study showed his drug more effective in later stages (not studied first line), but it’s more $$$.
The doctors and nurses working for insurance companies are working in the best interest of the insurance company, not their clients! $20b in profit that year and they lied repeatedly...no surprise!
