They're social workers with a hobby.
A lot of what is described is eerily, eerily familiar. To the point that my child’s provider was considering just not taking UHC customers into care anymore.
I wonder how December 2024 went for UnitedHealth?
Sigh. It's better in a court record.
Be pretty belligerent when you talk to them.
Remind them of how much they're hated.
Then, if you did it right, they'll be begging you to go to therapy.

They are the worst. Low pay, high denials. And recoupments. A lot of therapists in my community just don't accept their plans anymore. Not worth it
