The House GOP forced a vote on a meaningless messaging bill that 1) praised ICE and 2) condemned the flamethrower guy in Colorado to force Dems to either open themselves to criticism from the left or get accused of anti-semitism and this moron is happily chomping down on the bait

I have a lot of sympathy for lawmakers susceptible to bullying from their peers. Like, Fred Armisen in "Globesman", how would any of us react to being called a "pussy", or "kept man"? I'd probably sign two of those letters. Maybe four.

We need to stop caring if heritage is going to claim antisemitism. They have an entire plan called project Esther to weaponize antisemitism they are going to enact regardless.
Same goes for ICE thugs. If someone says you don't like ICE, it's a compliment and means you're communicating effectively.

As an American Jew, I'm very tired of being used as a political prop. GOP does not care about Jews or antisemitism, and if anyone is being fooled by this, they're too stupid to leave the house. If I were a Dem rep, I'd be hitting the abstain button because there's no "fuck off troll" button.
