Yes, KT, that is a good question. Plus, if serving writers, then: no reading fee, simple guidelines, fast response, no ghosting (reply to each sub, even if only with a cold no), provide reader feedback, pay for what you publish. Being "for writers" must be incredibly tough for those few who are.
